Adding participants manually

How to add a participants (attendees) manually to your event, without them having to purchase the event.

You can add participants manually to your event, and they will be registered and will receive a ticket without having to checkout. Here are the steps to do it:

  1. In your Starstream dashboard, make sure you are in the Events tab.

  1. Scroll down and click on the event you want to manually add a participant to.

  1. Go to the ‘Participants’ tab.

  1. You can add a participant by either email or SMS. To add a participant by email, type the email and click Add.

  1. A confirmation window will show up. Click Confirm.

  1. To add a participant by phone number, type the phone number of the participant. If you don’t select the country and type the number with the country extension, it will detect the country automatically. Click Add after filling the fields.

  1. A confirmation window will show up. Click Confirm.

That is it. The user will receive a ticket within 2 minutes via email or SMS.
