Starstream allows you to archive or disable events.

Archiving an event: An archived event is removed from your dashboard, not available for purchase and its pending notifications are not sent.

Disabling an event: A disabled event is not removed from your dashboard, yet it becomes unavailable for purchase, and its pending notifications are not sent.

Archiving an event

Follow these steps to archive one of your events:

  1. In your main dashboard, make sure you are in the Events tab.

  1. Scroll down and click on the event you want to archive.

  1. In the Event tab, scroll down to the bottom.

  1. Click on Archive this event at the bottom of the page.

  1. A confirmation message will pop up. Click OK.

Your event is now archived and will not be in your dashboard anymore.

Unarchiving an event

The events archive is not visible in Starstream. However, you can unarchive your events by following these steps:

  1. In your main dashboard, click on the New event button in the ‘Create new event!’ section.

  1. The archived event will appear in the list of events you can create. Select it and click Add.

Your archived event is now unarchived with all of its details.

Disabling an event

Follow these steps to disable your event:

  1. In your main dashboard, make sure you are in the Events tab.

  1. Scroll down and click on the event you want to disable.

  1. In the top right side of the screen, uncheck the Enable event checkbox.

  1. Your event will be disabled and a message confirming it has been disabled will appear. You can follow the same steps to enable the event again.
