Sending a test ticket for an online event

Steps to send a test ticket to your email to check how it looks before publishing the event page and ticket.

To check the appearance of the ticket and the content of its email like users will see it, you can send a test ticket to any email. Here are the steps to send a test ticket to your own email:

  1. From your main Starstream dashboard, make sure you are in the Events tab.

  1. Scroll down and click on the event you will send its test ticket.

  1. Make sure you are in the Event tab.

  1. From the Send a test ticket section, add the email you want to send the test ticket to, then click the green Send the test ticket (Free) button.

Note:

It can take up to 10 minutes to receive the email. Check your spam folder. If the email goes to spam, check your sender settings.
