Customizing register confirmation

Steps to customize confirmation email and SMS for your event.

The register confirmation is the email and SMS sent to attendees confirming they have bought the ticket. You should customize the register confirmation email and SMS separately, and they are both covered in this article.

Customizing Register Confirmation Email

To customize the register confirmation email:

  1. Click on the event you want to customize from the main dashboard.

  1. Click on the Customize Ticket tab.

  1. Click on the green Customize Email button.

  1. The email editor is open and you can customize the register confirmation email and view a preview in real-time, finish editing then click Save. You can learn more about customization available in this email editor in the email editor article.

Customizing Register Confirmation SMS

To customize the register confirmation SMS, follow these steps:

  1. From your main dashboard, scroll down and click on the event you want to customize its register confirmation SMS content.

  1. Click on the Customize ticket tab.

  1. In the Customize Ticket section, click on Customize SMS.
